Store Policies: 

We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. All sold animals will have proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness. Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of receipt of your shipment. If you do happen to have trouble with any animals you receive from us, please contact us and let us help you find a solution to the problem. If a replacement is necessary, we reserve the right to replace the animal with a similar animal that has the same value. If the animal cannot be replaced, we will give you credit towards a different type or towards a future purchase. We do not give out cash refunds. All ball pythons will have had a minimum of 5 meals prior to shipping. Ball Pythons may take a month or more to feel comfortable in their new conditions and begin feeding. We want you to have success with any snakes you purchase from us and we are happy to assist you in figuring out why a snake is not feeding. Usually, making a few minor adjustments to the snake’s environment, temperatures, humidity, etc. is all it takes. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make the transition to your new home a successful one.

Shipping:

All of our animals are shipped FedEx overnight with a live delivery guaranteed. We prefer to ship to a FedEx Hub as the animal has less time in transit with the carrier and is safe inside at the shipping center. If shipping to a FedEx Hub for pick-up, it is expected that the animal will be picked up by 12:00pm. The cost for most shipments is $75 per box. We are happy to combine orders to save money on shipping multiple animals. We use insulated boxes to help stabilize the temperature. If needed, 30-hour heat packs are also used. In summer, we will use cool packs to keep the animals from overheating. We ship when temps are between 40 for the low and 90 as the high. If the temperature is outside this range at either the origin or destination, we will delay shipping until there is better conditions. All snakes will be put into individual snake bags inside the box. If there are any losses, we need to be notified within 2 hours of delivery, with a video of the deceased animal sent via email or text message to 281-797-5793. We do not issue cash refunds for losses, but we do replace the animal at no charge. We will only ship Tuesdays or Wednesdays for next day delivery but can work with you if other arrangements are necessary.

Deposits and Payment Plans:

We offer payment plans on most Ball Pythons valued at $300 or greater. To hold a specific animal(s), a minimum deposit of 25% is required. Monthly payments can be made after that for a period to be mutually agreed upon by buyer and seller, usually two to three months. Once the animal(s) are paid in full, shipping arrangements will be made. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. We do reserve the right to cancel a plan completely 30 days after the final payment was to be made. With that said, we can work with you if there are extenuating circumstances. Please be sure you want to make a purchase, and will have the funds to do it, before committing to it.

A Note On Genetics:

We guarantee all heterozygous animals to be 100% accurate. We keep records and photographs of all pairings and offspring and can provide this to you if it is ever needed to sell an animal. When hatching multi-gene animals often times breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experience. In these cases the genetics can only be verified through actual breeding trials. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal. Sometimes the animal you end up with may prove to have a different genetic make up than anticipated. This could turn out to be good if the customer ends up with a new or extra genes. Or it could be bad if the customer ends up with less or an undesirable gene. We will do our absolute best to ID the animal correctly and often times will consult with other well known breeders for a second opinion. At the end of the day, be diligent and do your own research with how genes interact. Look at past sales of Morph Market ads to compare known genetic combos to what you are considering to purchase.
